Poltics, worest plocies.If you are VIP card holder then performance doesnt matter for organization.if you leave organization before 6 months after appraisal then need to return incrmented sal.meaning less policy it's like daily labour policy.if you give complaint on manger vicitim will be faired this is special policy for VIP card holders.Finally do not join in the organization without reference bcz don't know when they will target employees....Read More

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
