Especially the Hybrid work culture but in case it was not there as in my project everyone asked to come regularly, but all through work amount is huge so you'll learn a lot.

Here no work-life balance, managers are toxic and you won't get an appraisal, even they fire you without giving you a warning or putting you in PIP, in my case I worked there for more than 1.5 years, and after that one day I was working the whole in the evening suddenly they ask me for meeting and ask me to resign with a silly reason that your performance is not good. Now Let's talk about work-life balance in my project the whole team works late at night on weekdays and on weekends when people are relaxing doing their personal work they ask you to join in solving the issue.
