All rules good on paper. A good organization, for those who are old in system.

Dislikes

Unplanned approach to achieve targets. No efforts to discuss problems at ground level. Biggest issue - people at senior level keeps on changing focus, plans and above all their verbal statements and communications Joining JM is suicidal.
