Only thing good about this firm is cab facility. The 4.1 rating is because most of that is coming from facility management. THIS IS A WORST COMPANY WHEN IT COMES TO IT FINANCIAL WORKING PERIOD.

READ BEFORE JOINING - No care for employees. In the month where fog levels are high they force employees to come to office risking their life's for the work which can be done from home. - If you take leave then you have to compensate for that and no extra pay so virtually you don't get any leaves. - They trust their employees so much that you have tracker in your laptop counting away time. - Poor Managers. - Odd work hours + No incentives. office is pretty but i will suggest not to join this company as managers don't know how to speak and they will keep you overload not even u will have break hours for your lunch and it's terrible also in your probation period they expect u will do your work with no errors and that is pathetic and people here are not at all welcoming and ofcourse don't join for morning shifts and their office login hours are very strict if u will late by 5 mins that u need to inform ur manager prior.
