Nothing to like about this company

Dislikes

There work culture, work life balance it’s totally not there. Your life will become hell. They have in house US projects but you need to login early in the morning and you need to wait till US team joins and you need to support them. Till 10 pm ist. No one care about your health. Even if someone will die they will replace next day.

the only good thing is they can't fire you immediately. it will take atleast 6 months or a year to fire an employee.

Dislikes

No work life balance, pathetic company. even if your work is done. still you need to sit and pretend like working.

Over all work culture is very good.

Dislikes

Site employee are being taken care in terms of employee benefits such as 5 days week which is being provided to Corporate employees. Secondly as some client sites Annual Bonus/ Appraisal are not upto to CBRE standards. However, site employee are the key person whom are building or take care of CBRE values.

It gave you exposure to different aspects of a job. You learn to handle and manage people

Dislikes

politics, management only concerned about saturating people with work, would start crying from December about how there's no money for appraisals and that we're lucky we have a job because there's a recession, they will award themselves promotions and double-digit hikes at the expense of their reportees

Likes

Continuous growth opportunities even after 7 years of working here. Positive and respectable culture of the organisation. Encouragement on applying new and niche technologies into real time projects.

Dislikes

Mandatory Traveling to the office on hectic days (with lot of meetings) becomes tiring.

CBRE is full of opportunities and learning platform but depends on client's selection of which client you are working with. Individually CBRE has great culture, growth & take care of employees at a higher level.

Post confirmation from Client do not have measuring scales to judge the employee and provide another good opportunity to potential employee

It is average. Salary packages are satisfactory.

No worklife balance. Clients are treated as utmost priority even if it is impacting the employee no one takes stand for their own employee.
