Overall Company culture is Good. If we talk about line manager he always keep finding a way to keep team employee moral down and give treat for PIP.

...oy luxury (imported alcohol, cruise etc.). 3. No transport and food facility. 4. Less compensation. 5. Bosses will make you work on weekends. 6. No leave encashment. The earned leaves get lapse but for bosses it's different. They utilize their casual and earned leaves by availing every month. No work from home.

India's largest FM company..its client such as google, accenture, IBM, Amazon makes it a very good place to work..Lots of training and development, competitions on initiatives and best practices gives every FM person a learning curve and expressing their views in a large forum via PPT...i think public speaking gives gou a very good experience and boosts your confidence in makes you a good confident speaker..This is the life of JLL..

On site learning (very individual opinion, you have to dig down, there's no classroom training), loved my profile and work, same work different clients make it a bit interesting

Company politics, credit stealing, zero work life balance, bad compensation lesser than market standards, employees not treated with respect sometimes, no perks, no transport no travel allowance, no team outings,

Growth is restricted, performance alone will not garantee promotion. Like every organisation this too has its own political structure. To grow you need to understand the power point 🙂.. else you will stay in same place for ages..also little low medical reimbursement for families
