My salary was to be increased from 1st Oct'24, due to not getting support from seniors, the process of approving the salary hike from customers is going on at the end of Nov'24. For this reason my salary increase is still stuck. If the approval process was to be completed by seniors in Sep'24. So, my salary was to be increased on time.

Senior management people are very toxic and spoiling the company culture, company provides very good facilities but these toxic people feel as if they are giving from there pockets and obstacle everything. They unnecessary make us to work overtime and weekends, even though company doesn't allow.

Needs a lot of improvement. Responsibility of a new employee for a challenging role were never explained and expectation was high. Almost no guidance from the core team of Embassy.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
