This company is open to innovation and ready adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of the team that high quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happy in collaboration.

Dislikes

Company is decent, but growth is slow, The work pressure is very high sometime, I have to work day to day work complied in time. Also there is on-job training for freshers, hence senior have to guide step to step.

Best job satisfaction. Employees are very helpful. Salary structure average. But now company situation is very critical.

The company is about to shutdown. 3 to 4 month salary pending of all employees.
