During initial stage company behavior is good at the end no one help you even your manager to. Company will provide you information regarding for IJP. But it's hard to recommend your name for that because of different eligible criteria. Because you will never ever performe in their IJP criteria because different QC has different opinion that may give you gifts like errors<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. One important thing no job security just now they kick out more than 50 employees without any information</mark>. They automatically took all the decision without any consent. Only focusing for company not for employees.
No job security. Not even a single management is helpful. Company will lay off anytime without prior notice. Employees are working like donkey. Do not start or switch yourself with this if u do so them your future is on dark side...Read More
