Promotion and aprisal on urs relationship with Boss consequently local employees get better growth than outsider staff. Incentive around 10% of urs annual gross salary against claim of 20% High level of poltics.

1) It is an excellent company for a good starting job career. There are no boundaries for learning in any topic. 2) Always work planned and completed with safety. 3) Employees and HR management bonding is good as they always keep their promises. 4) Free internal and external trainings are provided beside the daily activities.

Politics and oiling can improve your grade without any proper value addition to work. Work life balance is moderate but due to low manpower sometimes you have to attend duty on national holiday & week off. Very minimum leave can be approved from your superior due to low manpower.

What a worthless company to join from civil background.

Negetive points - No incentive on month wise, though it is included in incentive. Transportation problem inside plant. A civil section has only 2 vehicles which are being used by 30 members. One of the worthless management and work satisfaction. After joining in 2 months i realised what have i done. Job security is good but appraisal not. All things satisfactory and well maintained in the point of 5-S manner. Also supportable management in all departments work in jsl. HR and administration team have faith in her employee. Overall we can say that everything is good here whatever an employee aspect in a organisation.
