Yes jsl have a good company which provide job.

In this securittguard not do good behavier with employes. Some guard ask give punishment to injured person which injured by him mistake and not follow rule. At my view Punishment is complesary but after he was normal medicaly or mently.

Great work culture. Very small load for work in mechanical maintenance department. Safety is great. Job security best in the market. Great learning opportunities. HR is very co operative and helpful. Even department HOD and Boss will help you in personal issues. You can take leave for any emergency or important work without any issues. For planned travel you have to just inform your boss as early as possible. You can't get leave benifits in any private industry like this....Read More

Too much office politics by colleagues. Appraisal can be affected by office politics. The system of work can be improved. Because there is not very good co ordination in between Operation, Mechanical and Electrical team.

Company's culture is good, the management system is supportive and keenly focus on learning and development of employees. Work load is moderate and proper developed team supports the in employee's productivity.

Dislikes

Apart from supportive work culture, recognition process is week. Promotions & increment process are very poor. There is no job security, you would be unemployed without any notice.

Politics and oiling can improve your grade without any proper value addition to work. Work life balance is moderate but due to low manpower sometimes you have to attend duty on national holiday & week off. Very minimum leave can be approved from your superior due to low manpower.
