Unfortunately, the senior members do not provide the support needed, and there is a prevalent atmosphere of negativity & poisonous and politics that can dampen morale. Based on my personal experience, I would never recommend this company to any of my relatives, friends, or well-wishers. Politics and oiling can improve your grade without any proper value addition to work. Work life balance is moderate but due to low manpower sometimes you have to attend duty on national holiday & week off. Very minimum leave can be approved from your superior due to low manpower.

Dislikes

Work culture and unnecessary burden on lower level while upper managerial positions are enjoying their free time.
