Not safe for female employee, nobody bother about female safety in company even not management. If you report any man misbehaviour, company is throw you our and giving you unwanted transfer, degrade your position, take your email id, , not giving you work unless you leave the company. Terrible atmosphere in Jindal Aluminium Ltd. I am current working here.

1) In company facilities of hostel and with quality of food Jindal provide eatable. 2) Impressive increament in salary like crown on donkeys.

1) If you have keen interest in engineering so this company is not for you. 2) As a (GET) in company fine many time for first mistakes. Production Manager doesn't know even single management skill only know, imposed the heavy/major/ fined amount on poor supervisors. 3) As a supervisor run behind the baskets and spacers (used for keeping the material) in packing area, and bundle counting,no technical knowledge. 4) 12 hour shift "oh my god"who give permission for long working violate labour code/ no personal life Personally I did 18 days in night under pressure of manager as fresher employee. 5) Too much politics, old school mindset " LALA TYPE COMPANY"...Read More

JAL is a "Dhabha" in the name of Corporate. How can one person is handling whole organisation as a hitler? Be carefull before join this company. Please do not think about JAL. This one person (employee) in senior management can call you anytime in his cabin and will say "see we are not satisfy with you performance and we have decided to separate each other" even within a month after your joining. They will ask you to submit your observation within a week of joining. How this is possible? In fact mangement is recruiting the qualified people to test their skill and educate their old emplyee i.e "better to say bonded labour" about the improvement points suggested by the new employee and after that fired the new employee. This one person is thinking himself a "perfect" and always trying to demoralise the new employees in the name of bad performance. Why this person is not thinking that if he is "perfect" and working since last more than 15 years then still there are so many problems in the organisation? I heared that there are lot of resources available and strong financial position in the organisation but because of unexperienced new generation promoter and "perfect" person, company is going into bad situation day by day. The salary increment is one of the best all over India.They provide good facility for accommodation.

Working culture is quite pressurising.Even a smaller mistake is not tolerated.You could be fined for that.Work life balance is not there.
