Such a worst experience I had for 6 months.. They actually don't know anything, just to make employees believe in them they have written in admission form that feedbacks are taken seriously.... Let me expose them clearly here top to bottom all are involved with each other, No feedbacks are taken seriously, Partners don't even pickupyour call, they'll give you some sort of reason that I'm busy n all they don't even have the courtesy to give a call back. Managers are pathetic, working for past 8 to 9 years and don't know anything about auditing, the only thing they know is when something happens in one bank they run to another untill bank themselves solve that problem till then they are at other bank once the problem is solved they'll be back showing everyone that I'm the one who's managing everything. Team leaders are more worst and pathetic than them, they'll first tell you the work and once we do, bank employees gives them feedbacks that your work is not done then those Team leaders will blame you that you did something else. It's so funny that my team leader used to take holiday whenever there was a meeting, she'll threat you that I'll transfer you somewhere else. You have to tell that your going to washroom or going to have breakfast or lunch 🤣🤣 as if we're in playgroup. Team leader logins her Teams in phone and rome the whole building by showing everyone that I'm working. But if someone else logsin in their phones it's illegal. If someone goes washroom and your team shows offline they'll call you literally in washroom and ask that where are you!! She literally asks that so much time takes in washroom 🤣🤣🤣, Like damn is this even professional???? You can't even laugh or talk with anyone 🤣🤣. Team leader doesn't even know how to mail damn!!. Whatever work you do and mention it in excel she'll do changes and show you next day that your work is incomplete. Managers and team leaders go to lunch for 1 and half hours, gossips for 1n half hour in cafeteria by saying that we are having some important discussions and do timepass. Managers and team leaders are so pathetic that people who come from virar and palghar are told to wait back even though their last train is at 7. And that team leader who just have to go kandivali goes exactly at 7, and doesn't even wait back but expect from you to wait till 8. Then comes HR's role who doesn't know a single thing but just on 1 fake mail by team leader she decided to transfer me, it's so funny 😂😂 She didn't even cross checked but will make you realise that your only the wrong person working here. Managers and team leaders just warm up the chair and if the work doesn't goes by their way or their mistakes are pointed out your gone😂. My salary and full and final settlement was on hold for 45 days as per their policy but even after 45 days Hr is like please don't consider sat sun's in those 45 days like what??! They just recruit people like a poultry farm everyday over 10 15 interviews are taken giving them fake hopes and leaving them helpless. I request if someone trying to join please think thrice they'll eat up your mental health, make you loose your sleep. And 1 more thing if something happens with me or my career JHS Associates and LLP will be wholly responsible...Read More
