Likes

Very Amazing Experience to work, with Forest Officials. The whole team including the support staff are brotherly. All are motivated & working to save Nature. I am glad to be part of Divisional Forest Office.

Dislikes

In Public Services, there is No Sunday. All should get a chance for themselves. But, those uniformed men & women never takes a recreational leave. All are focused to Duty only.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
