We had the best trainings meant for Customer Service. The career growth was excellent provided you capitalise taking interest. SOP’s were the best in industry which everyone has explored in their organization. Innovation / ideas were explored and implemented when found to be worth. Salary was not par with other International Carriers but no one had any complaints/regrets. Politics is everywhere as all are human beings but we look at it as competion than anything. No gender bias is allowed/encouraged any time. Appraisal process is online and appraisal 360 was implemented at top level giving opportunities for everyone to speak about. Overall enjoyed working with the organization and will be completing 26 years on 26th March 2019.
