I started my career with jet airways it's my first job, I have learned a lot about the work, we use to work with all our heart coz working there was like working with family, we use to get yearly increment which use to motivate us for working harder,we use to wear uniform with a pride that we are working with the best airline of india, families were happy saying that our child works with jet airways. I feel proud that I have served my 4yrs with jet airways. We had proper system, there were a working principals which we followed everything was systematic, it is simple when u work with smart people around u feel smart. And only jet airways staff has that talent to handle any situation. No matter how complicated the situation is but we staff use to find out a solution coz we co ordinate with each other like ,managers were supportive. All in all jet Airways was the best airline to work with, Iam gonna miss my frds colleagues working with jet Airways who shaped me becoming what IAM today. There were not regular yearly increment, and appraisals procedures was just to have a record, no matter how good u r performing no matter how smart work you do, if ur relation with the cargo managers is not good you won't go ahead, we have supervisors/ duty officers who are even worse than the Junior staffs, but still they use to make it till the higher positions coz they had good rapo with the managers this was the biggest drawback.managers use to play politics the use to favor their favorite staff. With whom they eat talk most of the time.even though there many problems in the working environment but we manage to use what was there in our hand. That made us smart to utilize the small areas, to managing things in such a way that we should be able to handle any given situation. When I joined this company I was like a small kid I made some mistakes in my first 6 months since I was learning, but afterwards i got improved, I gain confidence, I learned how to manage people, I was favorite of my managers and supervisors.
