On the Job Training-there was none, career growth, - ok, salary- rate of ten ten,( highest) i'll rate it at 5, politics- i dont remember, work environment-i dont remember, work life balance, at the rate of 5.

About that Department that are sending crews on-board the luxury ships, their officers are sumewhat incompetent, I for one applied as a crew/cook on board, I have been a cook on-board, an HRM Graduate for that matter, they found me incompetent? to do the job? I had been a Culinary Arts Instructor at a University in Manila, they say that dont know. the questions they were asking were on the books, I know it coz I was already teching, The reason for deviating from thier line of questioning was bacause I was felt insulted that after serving the ships for quiet a long time, they found me INCOMPETENT. They screening staff were just about a few years of being graduates from their courses, most of them dont even know the subject matter they were asking. So, that was probably the reason.
