I really like that company ,full coprate with staff and salary always on time,,,,,the owner of the company mr.Aman bansal he is perfect owner,,,but one thing which he must chage in himself he must listen the point of of every staff before taking any action ,,,,,rest all experience was good

Owner never ask any staff about his or her fault he always take desicion to fire someone on behalf of others ,,,,owner should listen the point of both side,,if you are firing a staff than reason should be relevant and official ,,,,,,,🙏

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
