Food is only the best in this company.

Dislikes

No Training and worst organization. They are making bond by keeping original documents and can't even think about the knowledge gaining because no one is there to train and it's self learning and do same job as other workers doing.

Work Details

Worst experience I ever had. Not systematic and not clean.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
