Easy process, good for starters, good peers who helps and make you understand projects

Dislikes

Complete night shift, wfh not provided to new joinees, leave policy, no 1:1 for career progress, few tl donot have basic understanding of the projects, complete focus on numbers and time in office rather than quality of work.
