Good people and not much work pressure allow you to establish your own niche or monopoly.

Management lacks clarity on their activities, with no clear policies on recruitment and untimely responses from the HR department regarding contractual staff. There is a failure to hire staff for permanent full-time positions, and retired staff are being onboarded on a contractual basis. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
