Company is very good in following compliance. Company is aggressive in cost cutting. Very competitive

Dislikes

Big difference in salary structure for same profile and position. Hire and fire on requirement bases. Very short term strategies most of the time cost effectiveness is main motive. Most of the drive are centralized, so not much for you to change whether good or bad

Toxic boss who used to to humilate his reportees ( not all ) just showing favouritism to some and criticizing others. Doesn't value for personal life. Threating about termination to new joienees And all above are my personal experience with my boss. Might be some will lead their team LEADER'S but my BM ended up by being a BOSS

HR is not strong , they are not having powers . Even work balance itself they are not handle . Work timing is 8.30AM to 9 PM . Even holiday also working . nearly 12 to 13 hours we are working . Even operation staff like teller and BOM go to the field during banking customer hours . it affect the customer service . Due to this pressure only operation staff also keep on switching the bank . Kindly control this . Every branch make teller and bom as Service only staff ..Then only Employee not think about switching Bank . Because senior citizen trust we loose when person keep on changing the organization . it affect our productivity . Please make Teller and BOM as only service staff . Please dont include sales for them ....Read More

1st and for most is there is no HR policy for employees and HR's behaviour is very very bad for employees, infact HR ask employees for business and take report of business... And very bad culture

They change and department any time. My corporate Salary Dept is closed. I have joined just in 2 months completed. Than after My Department is Closed they transfer me to casa department

Janbank, everything is fine at the higher level. Salary and incentives are also good, there is no problem.

The working culture is very bad. Especially the behaviour of the branch head is very bad. Branch head treat employees like servents and he forces the employees to resign forcefully. Even after giving resignation they do not give relieving letter. Branches are open on Sundays in the collection part. HR listen to every branch head anddo not investigate anything from their side. Government office culture where work has not happened the day can be postponed to next day. No freedom to take decisions within your team even if you are the team leader. No work satisfaction. These are all particularly in Finance
