Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is huge to learn and grow for securing future. I really enjoyed while working with Jain & Jain LLP, I respect all my seniors and friends who helped me in my carrier growth.

Dislikes

As per my opinion is concerned there is nothing to dislike.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled in starting while going to clients place for audit in the beginning but as and when time passes I started enjoying my job. I got a chance to learn multiple work, like bank audit, income tax return filing & GST

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. Good work environment and culture supportive the management is transparent.company policies are good . Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.
