Terrible experience. Never want to go there again.

Dislikes

There are no team coordination. Pathetic experience. No fixed working time. If your job is from 9 am then there is no time to going yoir home..it could be 1 am or full night. I don't want to suggest anyone.

Ambient environment. Supportive staff. Freshers learn something valuable so they head towards career growth. Have job security but also depends on our working method. Every economical year appraisal given to all workers. If candidate have skill to manage outside market surely,company will invest in you. Yes,some politics is fair butit's in gold manner.everyday learn new methods to do work and quick problem solving skills. Best work environment. I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
