I felt like hell in my articles first year, due to lack of proper guidance... But unexpectedly second year i got a good seniors , The way of their guidance are very good,Because of that I learn how to do smart work , Self learning etc.... Finally i got a senior position in statutory compliances and to teach my Juniors. My intention is my junior will not think about me that we got a bad senior, which I faces in my first articles ship period. Coming to the partners , There are 7 partners in firm 1.K G JAYASIMHA is leading and senior partner in firm. What should i describe about him. His knowledge, His teaching, His guidance, The way of treating with clients , I'll describe in one word . He's Legendary Person in the firm. 2. GSK( GIRISH SHIVARAM KAUSHIK) He is Jayasimha's son and one of the partner in J A A . He is very talented and Very smart person. His management skills are amazing. 3. R K SUCHINDRA My favorite chartered accountant in JAA. I have never seen like such a soft kind person in CA's. I never seen in his face showing angry with articles students even mistakes done by students. The only person i like very much in J A A . It doesn't mean that I don't like remaining partners. It means I like him little bit more. Thanks to Mr.GSK for giving me this wonderful opportunity to work under SUCHINDRA SIR in my second year articlesship. 4. YASHASWINI KG She's senior manager in Firm and she's also chartered accountant and daughter of KG JAYASIMHA. she's very friendly person. I have worked my final year under her.. It means she's my reporting manager. She's work haulic person and she can understand our problems also. I felt like one sister in JAA ..
