Small CA Firm and Saturday Sunday holiday.

Dislikes

Lack of Internal Meeting, discussion, limited knowledge sharing, No seminar for New Updates, Senior Staff also not so well groomed and has limited knowledge. No personal interference with Management although very less staff working under them. Growth wise is not so good. Not so well professional CA Firm. You will not get Increment also for your hard work. Management is least bother for staff only concern for work. One senior CA manipulate the whole CA Firm. In short not worth to work with them. Initial period was good but later on people are moving on due to ignorance of Management towards staff.
