Likes

The management of J.B. DIAMOND SCHOOL is very good and very responsible to the teachers and students. The environment and culture of the school is very beautiful. All the teachers and staff members are very supportive to each-other. The school's policies and facilities are best for the students and teachers both.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Work Details

So memorable days i have have spent there. It will always keep in my memory. The job is quite interesting ! I struggled a bit in the beginningas there was no formal training session. I learn everything on the job.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
