When I was joined the itcube that time from 2018 to 2021 management was good they identify the skills of employee and allocate the tasks accordingly.

After 2021 there is a drastic change in management, It includes the politics, no proper team leader is there. Existing team leader having his own monopoly in the company. No exposure to learn new technologies, they are still on MVC

They response and give importance only to their needs like I have taken my issue to HR but the time I resigned it's not resolved. They don't even remember the issue.

Everything, Culture is executive friendly, You have to look good in the eyes of management people, Senior HR Manager, PM's and all to be least affected by their wrath. Average Salary is less, People leave, so they impose Bonds, 2 lacs for 2 years, without any training or investment whatsoever. HR intimidated me on face, if I breakthe bond, they'll set an example out of me, Despite my 100% efforts and working from home, in a scenario where my mother was going through serious health issues regarding abdominal surgery. They terminated me without any compensation or reviews, marking my performance as bad, in a project which was React and NodeJS based, And it had only had me as a JavaScript and React developer in it, I had to train two new joiners and four SharePoint developers in same. I mailed them for asking the review process, as I build all the functional component in it, all form validations, core functionality like pdf report and invoice generation, Excel report generation and all. But they simply ignored it and haven't replied yet. They also mentioned this in my experience letter that I was terminated due to bad performance.
