The hacathons and workshops are actually pretty useful. I've gained insights into areas I wouldn't normally be exposed to.

there are many negative but let me share u some in short.. 1-no job security 2- HR is worst even people dont know how to talk in a good way 3-Managers are doing there gov job idk how they stick to this kind company from past 10-15 yrs they dont even reply to your message for 2-3 month 4-No projects they first hier and then they ar range the client interview so before hiring get the client interview done first if onboarded then plz asked them for how much time u r onboarded or else they shift u to bench without informing you .....so be careful and choose other option before this.......Read More
