Beautiful property ITC Maurya. Cooperative staff.... Great Human Resource & L&D Department. Appropriate shift hours. A lot to learn

Dislikes

Since it is one of those hotel's which gives its employees a certain comfort zone.... one can see a lot of employees working here for many years, which creates too much politics within the departments.

I was a part of itc while my industrial training. And yes the environment is very friendly and my outlet colleagues were trustworthy and made me learn alot about the company and supported me throughout. ....all over i had a great experience .

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
