They see if you are working hard and I could see that they were appreciating my work which is very important for me.

Dislikes

They don't want to listen about your own goals. Let's say if I have decided that I wanted to be a chef in my life then each and everyone will start talking about my ability. No one start from the top, each and everyone starts from an initial stage therefor for me it's important if I am working hard to be a chef which means in the begining hotel is investing a time (only time, no money as I am already giving a ONE star for compensation & Benifits) on me and it's my responsibility/duty to work hard and be honest what I am doing. This is the reason I said no for a job offer from crowne plaza after I finished my Industrial Trainee (IT) beside this, they offered a different work than what I wanted to achieve in my life....Read More
