What I like about ITBD is, the company provides training on verious technologies, and help engineers to enhance their skills, during covid-19 lockdown the company have allowed employees to work from home and providing all the required support. The management address all the issues virtually.

Dislikes

This is an MSP company that provides tech support to small scale business on different technologies like servers support, MS office 365, VMware, and backup etc. So they don't have big and stable projects and process, due to which there is kind of work insecurity sometimes.

Work Culture good, No Job Security, Upper management is fine but lower management is the one from Politics starts. Company Policies are fine.

No Training sessions to upskill employees, Teammates are really helpful when in need, Job security is always a fear, Career growth slow, Appraisal is not good, Politics is always there in lower management, Work environment is fine, Work-life balance is not good but Okay.

I love there is no micro management. Although that depends manager to manager. They have many clients so even if you loose your project you get another one soon.

Work Pressure is alot during COVID-19 Work from Home.

Salary is not decent, career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 year before which you can't resign. Never attended a single meeting since joining the company.
