I liked working with my UK based team who were very cooperative and helpful in terms of assistance and training .

Dislikes

The worst part was working with a highly egoistic boss who was so disrespectful towards women .. Very suprised to see such kind of behaviour that too from a regional director used to take every opportunity to insult and demoralise at work .He was an ex navy captain I guess his position demanded respect that was his attitude . Initially I thought working with a UK based ngo would be a superb experience since in abroad people are very sensitive about demeaning colleagues but since the boss was from India what else could be expected.The CEO was a good person even when I complained about my boss to him instead of warning him my contract was terminated .So this kind of double standards were there .Nobody bothered to even contact and listen to other side of story.I have never met a such disrespectful and horrible person as a boss in my entire career span who makes you feel so bad about yourself by insulting and treating you so badly .Worst experience ever with boss .The management should definitely take some action against him they won't since he is at a higher level and working there from long time .....Read More
