High Work Pressure || Corrupt SCM team || Top management think of engineers like expendable items || 60 Days delays in salary(Third-party) || No PPE kit / Safety against COVID || Now I have heard even cab facility also removed from some location of ISGEC as a part of cost-cutting, these employees are forced to use govt. bus facility in times of COVID Outbreak. I also got disappointed when I heard from some good & sincere engineers I am working with got no salary increment for the past 3 years. These engineers are under the influence that someday they will be offered a permanent position, since I know management very well I don't think that's going to happen....Read More

The goal and a clear view for future is missing. No vision for future technology. Company invests a lot on consultants but the employees are unwilling to implement the learnings. MD interferes in day to day operations of the company. All retired people are sitting on the top posts. The appraisal methodology is very vague.
