The company focuses hugely on innovation which i personally love with plenty of room for creativity.The seniors are great & Management is also good, helping us with training and resources all the time

There is no work life balance. Office politics is in it's peak. Management thought the employees are their servants and bonds making life worst.

The office has a lovely ambiance with flexible working hours and the management is super nice. They always push us to grow learn new skills and even organize expert training sessions on a regular basis.I think it's a great place a strong portfolio and move ahead quickly in your career

The work atmosphere is positive with friendly folks management.In fact ever since I joined everyone has been welcoming and in a few months only I got exposure to advanced technical skills and gained business insights and client building that I had no experience in before.

Very positive work environment with lots of perks like work-from-home option, timely leaves, and flexible hours. Leadership is very strong and fair. Everyone gets the opportunity to take the lead and grow irrespective of experience as long as you are willing to work hard.

Gets hectic and tough to manage multiple clients.

I got hands-on experience working with niche technology and access to advanced courses. Best thing about here is that they give full ownership without any micromanagement. It's a perfect place where you can build skills and excel in any role.

Love the positive vibe of the workplace. There is a gym, then some good places to chill and the activities are super fun and give a good break between work.

No cons as such. The management is doing good.

Fantastic place to work! The people are polite and understanding. The exposure to working with different clients has been great. I also got an internal promotion and appraisal which was quite motivating and I am grateful to the management for the support.

Even with my linties experience, I got a chance to take on big responsibilities, interact with clients, and share my Ideas . It was challenging but a fantastic learning experience.I want to mention the senior management, they like mentors always motivating and guiding us on how to improve our skills and grow professionally

Nothing major, have to work extra hour sometimes which is manageable

Excellent perks, flexibility and transparent work process. Love the office vibe also, there are lots of activities and events organized by management which makes working fun!
