Unfortunate Experience at iServeU with Ethical Concern. Ratings: 1 I joined this company with high hopes and enthusiasm, but unfortunately, my experience here has been less than satisfactory. I feel it's important to share my experiences and observations so that potential employees can make informed decisions. I have learned many things from a career perspective but I will talk about personal growth is very less. One of the concerning aspects of this company is its compensation structure. The initial promise of a competitive CTC is overshadowed by the reality of a significant portion being converted into variable pay which is a total scam. This can be misleading for someone expecting a stable income. Additionally, despite promises, my KPIs have been pending for over a year, leaving me uncertain about my performance assessment. The HR Op's department, which is supposed to ensure a healthy work environment, has shown some concerning behavior. The lack of transparency and accountability is evident in delayed communication, ignorance, and unresolved queries. It's especially disheartening to experience such behavior from senior HR personnel. While I won't delve into personal names but IYKYK them, I must emphasize that senior HR representatives should set an example for the team. Unprofessional conduct and poor communication reflect negatively on the company's overall culture and reputation. It's important for HR to be the bridge between management and employees, ensuring fairness and open dialogue. In conclusion, my time at this company has raised serious ethical concerns. A transparent compensation structure and timely performance evaluations are crucial for employee motivation and trust. and One more thing if you counter them or else if you dare to raise voice they will take strict action against you which totally unacceptable. I hope that this review reaches those who are considering joining this company one thing if you want to grow please don't come this company will spoil your career and your personal life they don't have any emotions. One example: if an employee met with an accident, unfortunately, the employee is dead, at that time employee carries an office laptop or anything which belongs to office properties this organization will doesn't pay your pending salaries or compensation to your family member, but with no doubts the organization and HR will ask the penalty for damaging the laptop during the accident to the family. The department which should solve the issues of employees is the most useless department here. HR here has one job throughout the day, write reviews on glassdoor and ambitionbox. Have a look at the 5star reviews are you can be your own judge if they mean anything. Other than that HR checks which employee is out for more than 1 hour so that they can deduct their salary directly from the payroll

There is nothing to like about this pan dukan. Working here is much worse than being jobless. Ask any ex folks to know the picture. Pathetic place, absolute torture and workplace harassment without pay and relieving letter.

Working with various fintechs and banks has improved my knowledge and been good for my overall career. As for growth opportunities, it is fair here. Promotions are based on skills and performance, so you know if you work hard, you will get rewarded for it. I was also fresher when I started, and now, just two years later, I am a TL.

Sometimes you might be asked to put in some overtime, which is pretty normal in our line of work.

Fake commitment , Cruel Hr team, They should have sacked from company. Putting Bond for all the employee , privately ,and taking sign by saying this is just joining formalities. Think 10000 times before you join, Don't spoil your career.
