- Sells products and services to banks and develops new account relationships.

- Solicits and maintains network of prospect banks.

- Initiates contact with prospective Banks to sell targeted iServeU products and/or services.

- Works as a member of a sales team to sell assigned products or services to identified key accounts.

- Demonstrates product knowledge including various solutions, markets and competitive intelligence.

- Prepares and presents proposals, finalizing commercials with banks utilizing iServeU resources and tools.

- Negotiates, structures and closes "deals" that meet bank's expectations and iServeU's ability to deliver; utilizes appropriate company resources as per the resources plan to provide product marketing support or specialized product sales expertise.

- Assists in the development of sales plans and strategies.

- Ensure a higher level of engagements with the banks.

- Work aggressively on business development, promotion and building brand of the company.

- Meets sales goals and objectives.
