The Work culture is toxic. Some individuals labelled as TPM lack basic programming skills. They require you to work on tools like Kofax, which adds no value to your career. Most teams works on outdated technologies and expects you to work 14 hours a day since they primarily handle short term projects. Job security is non existent; at any time the TPM will act like a HR and asks you to resign, without any communication from your Reporting Manager. The TPM I worked with was arrogant. This guy doesn't even know to write proper TDD, without ChatGPT he is lost. He threatened to terminate me multiple times. Despite a policy to serve notice for 2 months he asked me to leave within 3 days. I don't know who gave a Tech lead the authority to treat and ask an employee to leave that way, he even threatened me that if don't oblige I ll have a black mark in my relieving letter. No likes even I had a very worst experience on the interview I had given for this company. Recruiters are completely useless and mangers thinks like they are GOD when taking interviews, showing full attitude and rude behaviour…don’t expect any respect from them.

I got an interview call from the HR named “Deeksha Ladkani” for this company and there were 3 rounds- first was HR self intro and remaining 2 manger rounds. After all these rounds been completed, I was waiting for the positive feedback from them as I did well in these rounds. Then 1 week over, I didn’t got anything hear back from them..so I made a call to my recruiter “Deeksha Ladkani” and what I heard from her is what shocked me as she told “They have already selected another candidate” and when I asked any feedback was shared she told feedback mentioned by Manager named “Vishal Suvarna” was that “I will be suitable for other role”. So when I asked which role he mentioned “she don’t have any answer for that” and she completely ignored me telling my profile is there on their database and will further contact me for any suitable job and rudely ended the call. Which is complete nonsense and ridiculous to treat an experienced candidate. Nowadays, companies like this choosing candidates based on recommendations or either by the WOMEN’S beauty, no value for skills or experience. So please reconsider attending interviews on such a worst company like this and be safe from such fraud companies....Read More

Work life balance for leadership needs to be take care of. Since it is a data management company, implications on data destruction can be fatal. Should be very very careful in each transaction falling the which can lead to serious implications on the job, anyday and anytime. No compromises there.

Good company but less salary less perks even if told to the authorities there is no understanding. I joined here in 2017 as a supervisor and till date no offers have been given to me. I am still in the same position. I will contribute all the time but no good salary and no good increment.
