Present working in IRCON International Ltd RAPDRP Project in Jammu. In this project the work is installation of 25,100,250&400kva transformer, remove all old conductor with new LTABC 120SQ.MM & 50SQ.MM Cables &also Re-conductoring with Dog & Panthers

Nothing much, Just there is some discrimination between Regular and Contract employees which pinches a lot. And even there is bit problem of controlling sub-ordinates those are Regular Employees because they have the mindset that they earn more so people having low shud not rule them.
