This year they hired students from IIMs and offered them a job opportunity, sent all the offer letters and gave them training without any pay and after just 4 months of wasting their time and efforts they revoked their offer. 2 paise ki aukat nhi iss company ko ar chli jati h IIMs me. Shameless people wasting students' lives.

No work and no supervision, you can enjoy your time.
EMs are managers for namesake. They don't have any experience in managing ppl nor client. No one helps others and seniors members in the company act like Gods. Its a horrible experience for a new joiner. There is salary disparity, one guy with 5 yrs exp get EM/AEM with 30L and other with 10 yr exp gets Lead Analyst role. Only those who speak good English are given importance while others with skill and knowledge are undermined. SLT including CEO have connects every now and then and wasre everyone's time. No concrete messages and no follow-up actions just non sense. There are layoffs without notice, folks who are doing well were asked to leave and non performers retained. People were let go before performance appraisal process Quoting performance issues. Excess hiring from colleges were done and then MBAs, BBAs, BEs after training were let go without notice. EMs who are supposed to evaluate team are not knowing the process and they do not provide feedback. There is no documentation of processes and ppl have to rely on seniors for the same. You can get an exposure to multiple other stuffs as the company don't have enough head counts. So you may be pushed to multiple things.
Too much politics, no matter how good you are at your work. It totally depends on the EM and PL whether they want you to promote and give recognisition for your efforts. No wok life balance Not much there to learn as they don't have enough project at hand. Very toxic environment to work.

Their over ambitious sales target, knowing that they will again miss it by miles. Their confidence in projection sales target is commendable.
People from engagement and delivery team were promoted to sales, where they failed miserably in identifying the requirements of the customers and end up protecting huge sales pipeline. Rather they should be suitable for a SME role in closing the deal. Plus people from non sales background heading the sales is itself a recipe for a disaster.
