EMs are managers for namesake. They don't have any experience in managing ppl nor client. No one helps others and seniors members in the company act like Gods. Its a horrible experience for a new joiner. There is salary disparity, one guy with 5 yrs exp get EM/AEM with 30L and other with 10 yr exp gets Lead Analyst role. Only those who speak good English are given importance while others with skill and knowledge are undermined. SLT including CEO have connects every now and then and wasre everyone's time. No concrete messages and no follow-up actions just non sense. There are layoffs without notice, folks who are doing well were asked to leave and non performers retained. People were let go before performance appraisal process Quoting performance issues. Excess hiring from colleges were done and then MBAs, BBAs, BEs after training were let go without notice. EMs who are supposed to evaluate team are not knowing the process and they do not provide feedback. There is no documentation of processes and ppl have to rely on seniors for the same. You can get an exposure to multiple other stuffs as the company don't have enough head counts. So you may be pushed to multiple things.

Too much politics, no matter how good you are at your work. It totally depends on the EM and PL whether they want you to promote and give recognisition for your efforts. No wok life balance Not much there to learn as they don't have enough project at hand. Very toxic environment to work.

The people and the culture of the company is excellent. You can approach anyone and they will try to make time to talk with you. The amount of thinking gone into creating each deliverable is a lot and initially there was a lot of learning for me as a fresher to the space. We always have the chance to ask questions to our seniors andif we find a gap we can work on creating something to bridge the gap. There are not much opportunities provided to develop cross-functional skills unless you have some previous experience or you are a manager. Recognition for efforts put by you isn't always recognized by managers work-life balance is not respected. I joined iQuanti, hoping to grow and learn many things here. There is no job security, they have fired higher management still they will still do it. Yes, here they have politics lots of politics, they give preference to old employees , team culture is very toxic and without giving any explanation they will fire you. You will work beyond your work hours no matter what. Promotion and appraisal all happen on biasing. They hire puppets from IIM and whatnot to show their reputation in the market on higher salaries (and these people know nothing). They promote such morons who know nothing. 80% of employees have left or they fired....Read More

Huh!!!! There is nothing to like, iQuanti has turned out to be one of the most toxic agencies that exist these days. They were better as earlier people used to tell, now they are horrible

-Politics -No work life balance, you are supposed to be available from 11am to 1am & that is the norm. -People are insensitive to the personal issue - They are highly understaffed, every person is pushing to their limits - Favouritism is playes, some people have been given permanent WFH while others have to struggle for 2 weeks work from home - Worst company, Worst Leadership

You will understand the true meaning of toxic workplace

Poor resource management, incapable and poorly educated directors some lack basic communication and decision making skills, too much favouritism and politics, inhuman and exploitative treatment of employees like slave labour, need to stretch hours everyday, 15 year old company still not stable, no long term strategy only focused on short term revenue, old employees act like they own the company but do no work, those hired from outside are treated like garbage, more than 30 people quit in less than 1 year. The environment has become really toxic and rotten, haven for bottom feeders and expert boot lickers. Just visit the office and see for yourself everyone looks miserable af. Their over ambitious sales target, knowing that they will again miss it by miles. Their confidence in projection sales target is commendable.

Dislikes

People from engagement and delivery team were promoted to sales, where they failed miserably in identifying the requirements of the customers and end up protecting huge sales pipeline. Rather they should be suitable for a SME role in closing the deal. Plus people from non sales background heading the sales is itself a recipe for a disaster.
