I joined iQuanti, hoping to grow and learn many things here. There is no job security, they have fired higher management still they will still do it. Yes, here they have politics lots of politics, they give preference to old employees , team culture is very toxic and without giving any explanation they will fire you. You will work beyond your work hours no matter what. Promotion and appraisal all happen on biasing. They hire puppets from IIM and whatnot to show their reputation in the market on higher salaries (and these people know nothing). EMs are managers for namesake. They don't have any experience in managing ppl nor client. No one helps others and seniors members in the company act like Gods. Its a horrible experience for a new joiner. There is salary disparity, one guy with 5 yrs exp get EM/AEM with 30L and other with 10 yr exp gets Lead Analyst role. Only those who speak good English are given importance while others with skill and knowledge are undermined. SLT including CEO have connects every now and then and wasre everyone's time. No concrete messages and no follow-up actions just non sense. There are layoffs without notice, folks who are doing well were asked to leave and non performers retained. People were let go before performance appraisal process Quoting performance issues. Excess hiring from colleges were done and then MBAs, BBAs, BEs after training were let go without notice. EMs who are supposed to evaluate team are not knowing the process and they do not provide feedback. There is no documentation of processes and ppl have to rely on seniors for the same.
