very shady organization full of shady politics - clowns in leadership team who can't even speak proper English - most toxic environment - working hours are from 11am - 1am (14 hours per day) - people got mental breakdowns after torture from leadership - they will promote you and demote you after 1 week for no reason - you will be fired for no reason at all - company has lost hundreds of employees and 80% projects since 2022 - senior management encourages politics and favouritism now they are desperate because all good employees left. nobody wants to join. please don't join and ruin your life....Read More

Huh!!!! There is nothing to like, iQuanti has turned out to be one of the most toxic agencies that exist these days. They were better as earlier people used to tell, now they are horrible

-Politics -No work life balance, you are supposed to be available from 11am to 1am & that is the norm. -People are insensitive to the personal issue - They are highly understaffed, every person is pushing to their limits - Favouritism is playes, some people have been given permanent WFH while others have to struggle for 2 weeks work from home - Worst company, Worst Leadership

Poor resource management, incapable and poorly educated directors some lack basic communication and decision making skills, too much favouritism and politics, inhuman and exploitative treatment of employees like slave labour, need to stretch hours everyday, 15 year old company still not stable, no long term strategy only focused on short term revenue, old employees act like they own the company but do no work, those hired from outside are treated like garbage, more than 30 people quit in less than 1 year.
