There is nothing to like, having a lot, a lot of politics, very small company but everyone plays their level politics.

Dislikes

No work life balance, no job security, no job satisfaction, I have been working there for almost 8 months, and then fired stating that they have no work, interestingly they were saying to hire more at the time of hiring me, and after that firing, they fired another slot of 4 people. After that I came to Know that they had already fired a batch of 8 before hiring my slot. Overall 0 job security. You have to use third class washroom when CEO is there on visit (having only two). CEO and company is running like hell, no vision and no planning. CEO is typical Gujarati, I mean no vision and only profit centric....Read More
