You learn nothing. And if you try quitting the job they challenge you and see you dont get job else where. The middle management is worst. Two culprits Rafi and Satish they are the main reason the company is low.

Some seniors are cooperative and supportive. Few people are really good.

Dislikes

A few seniors behave as if they are the owner of the company. At any point, if one disagrees to a seniors decision, the job might be at stake. Saturday work culture in US Staffing (Thrice in a month).
