Very Friendly environment and made all special events worth remembering. The place was very good to work in.

Dislikes

There was limited scope of Data Analytics which I had learned about in my internship. Since I was in Data Analytics team , the whole responsibility was on me to do the data gathering, manual cleaning, duplication, deletion, mapping of projects (monthly) , transformation in Excel and them Power BI, visualization , modelling, etc. I was responsible of the entire process on my own and had to do it alone. It was vey difficult as they were not using any cloud platform to store the data. GTF panel was used and each time they downloaded the data set it changed and when dashboard was cross verified again it didn't match as the dataset changed each time. I had to work extra hours and even on weekends to complete work given to me. There was no scope of automation because their data had no uniformity in Project name and kept changing on a daily basis. Internal campaigns used to run and no proper naming convention was used to implement DA. Suggestion is that they should increase their Data Analytics rather than depending on a single individual to complete the entire process.
