it takes place in an unbiased manner and on a timely basis. deserving are given good salary and hikes. individuals are approachable and there is open-door kind of culture. seniors are welcome to constructive discussions and ideas. we as colleagues help each other as far as possible. great place!

travelling to office is tiring due to heavy traffic

This way they are making available a progressive environment to those working here.

While some of the things happen as expected, some do not. I think it is a part of anybody’s professional life and u have to deal with it. With time u learn different things. It enriches u as a person. The same happening in my case

Not like the food taste in the canteen that much

Working and matching up to global standards like ISO and GMP is a big learning in terms of providing that matches the global scale, following specific processes etc. This is why I consider myself lucky that I am a part of this company.

Good place to experience quality work knowledge. I get to do productive stuff every other day. Working in a fast paced work environment has made me more competent. HRMS portal is easy to use and works as an absolute employee management tool. Deserving ones can earn lucrative salary package.

If you are looking to work here, then you should have or develop a learning mindset. There are many things you can learn while working in this workplace. Company conducts training and development programs for its employees, so that they could stay updated with the latest knowledge and skillsets. Seniors helps new ones in a friendly manner.
