I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. The major concern with ICE is job security. They can't be trusted. Secondly, they keep on changing their policies. They did close down Bhubaneswar office suddenly where earlier they had promised that they won't close & they would try to expand. 200+ employees future spoiled.
