There is no work life balance Company culture and environment is just bad So much gossips than doing work So much negativity Mostly Managers are from foreign states so in India the employees act so much to show that they are working hard and dominate the right persons. They give less hike and WFO is 4days a week. They want people to leave but don't fire people and create negative environment which leads to losing good resource and company is stuck with poor resource
