Salary is way to low also they are not commited with there words.A lot of politics there management can.t do anything for that.

Work atmos is good and alot to learn but I advise come for 6 months only in this company and switch for better salary.

Salary is the biggest issue experience people not getting pay as per there experience and freshers are getting more pay then experienced one..management Can.t Retain experience recruiters as per the staff of 1200 employees hardly 80 to 100 people are stable
